The Leadership Team at Andover Baptist Church is made-up of men and women who are passionate about serving the church in different areas. Each leader oversees an area in the life of the church, and collectively are accountable to the church meeting. The Leadership team also make up the Trustees of ABC as a registered charity.
The current team is made up of:

- Vibi Saunders (Staff): Office Manager
- Mig Partridge (Staff): Director for Children & Youth
- David Pressey: Finance
- Chris Pugh: Facilities
- Andy Fitchet: Local Mission
- Chloe Christine: Overseas Mission
