Rev Clive Burnard – Senior Minister

Clive has moved to Andover from the south coast with his wife of 30 years, Marilyn. Clive and Marilyn are parents to Jody, Pippa and Adam. Clive has extensive ministry experience, having preached in Australia, Serbia, France, Poland, Gibraltar, Nigeria and Kenya and across 9 nations via radio broadcast. He is involved in training leaders at national and regional level and is a member of the Baptist Council of Great Britain. A keen sportsman, he enjoys both watching and playing (cricket, rubgy, hockey!). Clive becomes the 25th senior minister in Andover Baptist Church’s 184 year history.

Vibi Saunders – Office Manager

Vibi became the office manager in August 2010, she is married to Mike and they are parents to 2 daughters, Becky and Naomi. A gifted administrator, the main areas of her work include overseeing office volunteers, maintaining the church diary, and bookings, producing the weekly newsletter, and taking minutes when required, as well as keeping the rest of the staff under control!!

Mig Partridge – Children And Youth Co-ordinator

p>Mig joined us in 2002 to head up the youth and childrens work within our church. Mig has a wife, Kath and four children, Luke, Emily, Zac, and Jacob. The main roles Mig undertakes are maintaining and developing the vision for the church’s childrens/youth program, building relationships with Andover schools and community groups through assemblies and outdoor activities, and organising youth events. One of the things Mig is renowned for throughout the church is his colourful collection of hats.

David Judkins – Minister-In-Training

David joined the staff in October 2004, after previously working in project management. His work involved helping to shape the strategy and vision at ABC, as well as co-ordinating our involvement in the community. David is minister-in-training, as an ‘in-pastorate’ student at Regent’s Park College. He is blessed through his marriage to Claire-Lise and his two young sons, Joshua and Ben.

Ian Burnham – Director of small group Life, Pastoral Care & Discipleship

Ian joined us in 2009 to head-up the co-ordination of our small groups, pastoral care and spiritual growth. He is married to Anne, and father to Jamie, Skye and Tom. Ian is a passionate hockey player, and loves all kinds of music.
